• Rakesh has completed his Basic, Masters and Trainer Certifications from NFNLP. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Rakesh considers himself more of a coach and facilitator than a trainer, motivating and empowering others to get results for themselves, proving the value in training by the success they achieve in both personal and professional arena. His philosophy is simple to empower people to achieve holistic personal excellence through self-awareness, connecting with your inner self to bring about healing, transformation and an enriched life.

After reading his first books “Do it to Finish” by Orison Swett Marden and “Think and Grow Rich” by Dr. Napoleon Hill as a teenager, he got his first lessons in the power of thought for personal transformation. Over the last decade his passion has been Self Development, Philosophy, Spirituality, Meditation and NLP. • Besides attending spiritual camps/retreats he has systematically pursued spiritual learning through various courses like:
  • Vedanta, Advanced Vedanta, Geeta and Upanishads by Chinmaya Mission.
  • Bhagwad Geeta and Philosophy of Thinking by Nidhi Chaitanya Academy.
  • He has formally learnt several meditation techniques like TM, Art of Living, Vedantic, Heartfulness, Vipassana meditations and is a regular practitioner of Vedantic Mediation.
• He is an Electronics Engineer by qualification and has over 2 decades of experience as an entrepreneur in Manufacturing Industry, Software Development, Information Technology, HR services and IT consulting for a multi-location manufacturing company. Rakesh has varied interests including Tennis, Swimming and Trekking. He is an avid reader and spends time reading both International and Indian authors. His experience makes it easy for him to relate to people from different walks of life.
