Devon began his career working with salespeople at the age of 20 while working with his father in their family-owned real estate and financial planning business. Gary served his country for twenty one years in the United States Coast Guard.  Since retiring from the Coast Guard he has been very successful in business.  Gary is part of a team that took a small business from one hundred thousand dollars in annual sales to over eight hundred million in annual sales in just five years.  He is consistently recognized by his peers for his ability to recognize talent in others, and then guiding the development of that talent to its full potential.  While serving as a drug and alcohol counselor for the Coast Guard, he recognized the importance of the mind – body connection in both wellness and success.  This made hypnosis and NLP a natural addition to his life coaching skills.  He now uses that powerful combination of tools to help others lead happy, healthy, successful lives.
