The Time Out Box

Sometimes life gets out of control, you may be in a crowd of people, or in a situation where dismissing yourself is not an option. You may feel overwhelmed, frustrated, angry, or other feelings that represent a loss of personal control, which you need to regain.
Close your eyes and imagine a square, your square any size, with a big comfy chair, it can be a recliner, a rocking chair any chair you like, any color you desire that represents calmness and comfort. Music now begins to play and fills the square, your music, music that represents a lowered blood pressure, total relaxation, and easy stress free breathing. This relaxing music fills the square and you now see the stressed out you comfortably, easily, effortlessly sitting in that big comfy chair, breathing in calmness, and relaxation, see yourself breathing slowly and evenly, breathing in calmness, and breathing in a healing white light while exhaling all the stresses, fears, and anything that holds you back, just see it leave, give it a color as you continue to breathe in that white healing relaxing light while exhaling all the negative, dingy grayness that holds you back and hampers you. See yourself, feel yourself, experience fully the relaxation and then open your eyes feeling calm and relaxed, knowing you can regain your control, wherever, and wherever you desire by using your own personal Time Out Box.
