Smoke-Free Slingshot By Sharon Boles The person visualizes a thin glass screen in front of his slingshot. H e sees himself as he is in the present, very heavy smoker, having trouble breathing, and being socially rejected by everyone, as well as experiencing deteriorating health. More information and visual auditory and kinesthetic are linked to this picture. Then we see a lit ball in the sling shot having a bright light around it,and seeing his future with greater energy greater health, breathing easier, and feeling proud of himself for being a non smoker. As this ball comes back, and is ejected by the sling shot, this ball smashes through the thin glass, making every part of the thin glass no longer definable, and the small ball now becomes bigger than life, as it explodes through the sling shot and gets large and panoramic. The word Swoosh is automatically linked to seeing this over and over again until the patient feels great, and is determined to stop smoking.
