The Boss SqueezeBy Tristan Roberts Anytime you are in a situation that you have someone yelling at you such as a boss, friend, etc. Or if you find yourself imagining the situation of someone yelling at you, then put the squeeze on them. 1. Dissasociate from yourself. See yourself as this 10 foot giant very powerful and strong. 2. Associate back into yourself as this Huge powerful person. 3. Create a shelf up on the right hand side and in front of you. 4. Take your right hand, with your index finger and thumb. Put the person you want to squeeze into your fingers. Squeeze them down to 2 inches in height. Then just place them up on your shelf, notice how high pitched their voice is. Almost like a mouse trying to talk with you. If that person gets too loud, just ask them to please be quiet. 5. Test it. |
