Discovering the 'Bigger You' By Edwin Brand Step 1: Have the person notice their VAKGO in terms of the person they
perceive themselves to be. For example, they may say “I am afraid, I lack confidence and I tend to be anxious all the time.”
Step 2: Ask them to see themselves as a “small person” in the palm of their
left hand having all of these traits reminding them of their VAKGO and shrink the VAKGO down draining out color texture
sound etc. Making them “small” and lacking power.
Step 3: Ask them to imagine that in their right hand they can see the “Bigger
You”. What kind of traits and qualities would you like to have in your life as opposed to the one's you described in the
"smaller you". Elicit VAKGO and have them describe the “Bigger person within”.
Step 4: Have them see the bigger person within in their right hand and
enhance all the VAKGO making them brighter, louder, etc.
Increase the intensity to the point where the Bigger person within becomes
as large as it can be in their right hand and have the person tell you how big their “Bigger person within really is” when
they have reached a peak emotional state experiencing VAKGO to the max have them clap their hands and say the
word “CRUSH”.
Step 5: Ask them “Do you notice how the smaller you has been replaced
by the Bigger you within with all the new traits you have brought into your life. Do you see the bigger you now in your
left hand?”
Step#6: They can use this technique, the clapping and the word “CRUSH”
as anchors to diminish and collapse negative anchors about themselves and to replace a new picture of the bigger
person within into their subconcious mind and lock it into their nervous system.
