Your Life Is How You Perceive It !!!
Introduction In life, in general, what is important is how you see you life? The world, people around you, is like color of your glasses; it is all how you want to see it. If you are looking for corrupt people, you will get; if you are looking for bad people (criminals) you will get. I remember, once in response to one of my write-up (Everything is saleable and everything can be sold).once person replied, "I understand that you can also sell your wife". That is how people perceive their life. I also remember, once one of my friend wrote to me, "Sanjeev, I will get in my life, whatever there in my destiny" and my reply was.NO, in life you will get, what you want. Introduction to The Subject Life can be as big and important as you make it out to be. Or it can be as small and insignificant as you make it out to be. I'm talking about "Life is what you perceive it as", which has more to do with the classic dismissal, "It's all relative". Some people see life as grand and multifaceted; So much to see and do, so many things going on in the world, one person could never keep track of all of it in one lifetime. Others take the opposite viewpoint, seeing life as inconsequential; Nothing they do seems to matter much, and although there are a lot of people in the world, none of them seem to be doing anything particularly important or interesting; Rather, they go about their daily tasks of living. No matter how you live your life, eventually it will end and the world at large will not have changed much for it. Both viewpoints are correct. It all has to do with how you see things. Some people tend to (or like to) see things as big and complex, others see things as small and simple. Situational Perception
What kind of world do you live in? What kind of people do you surround yourself with, fearful people or loving people. Do you react to situations in life fearfully or lovingly? How you react to life determines how that world will continue to be. How you perceive that world will determine how that world will continue to be. What kind of world does "you" live in, a world of competition and survival or a world of love,
abundance, prosperity and cooperation? Do you live in hell on Earth or Heaven on Earth? What level of
consciousness does you perceive life's challenges through: victim consciousness, where things happen to
you, or Mastery consciousness, where you make things happen. All things, all experiences, all challenges, all relationships, can be perceived differently on
different levels, so that what might seem like a negative situation on one level, can be experienced as a positive in a higher state of consciousness. It can be an experience of growth, of greater awareness, and of greater development of loving abilities, such as a greater compassion and understanding. You are NOT OK; I am NOT OK
How people handle the following situations in their life? Guilt: Each of us has incidents in our life where, if we were to relive them, we would probably do things differently. This is only natural. We are all human. As the old saying goes, "To err is human; to forgive
divine." To be human is to make mistakes. No one is immune. No one is perfect. If you let go of your past
mistakes and errors in judgement, learning whatever lessons need to be learned from that experience, then
this is healthy. Unfortunately many of us beat ourselves up over and over again over past mistakes.
To hold yourself responsible in this way and to live with guilt daily is to be trapped in the past. This
vicious cycle of self-abasement cuts off life force and weakens us. Hate: One of the most toxic energy substances and to be avoided at all costs. Hate, whether it be self-hate or directed towards another, almost always causes serious illness to those individuals who foolishly
indulge in its cesspool energy. I don't care how justified you feel you are in hating another individual, you do so at your own risk. Think about how you feel when you hate. Take a minute right now and spend 60 seconds thinking about someone you
dislike. Really get into it and hate that person for a full 60 seconds, and then observe how you feel when you're finished. Why would you ever want that energy in you on a regular basis? Be aware that the person you are hating is not adversely affected by your hate - you are. Self-Pity: Every life has things to be happy about and things to be unhappy about. If you want to feel sorry about yourself, you only have to look at your life to discover many reasons to be unhappy. Likewise if you
want to feel gratitude for what is happening in your life, there are many reasons to be thankful. It's your choice how you perceive your life. If you choose self-pity, and you have the right to choose it,self-pity will cause unhappiness. I'm not suggesting that we go around trying to be happy every moment of every day. Nor am I suggesting a Pollyanna perspective that ignores the sometimes-harsh realties of our life. No life is ideal. We all have
crises and issues that are unpleasant. If you want to feel depressed or indulge in self-pity, why not give
yourself an afternoon and really get into it. Sometimes this can act as a healthy release, so go ahead, wallow in your misery, feeling how truly rotten and miserable your life is. Then, when you're finished, let go of your misery and move on. But to indulge daily in self-pity will make it a habit that will leak life force from you. Fear and Worry: Fear and worry are mind power techniques in reverse. Whatever you fear and worry about you attract. I know that's unfair, but it is the truth and law of our being. Avoid the bad habits of
fear and worry. Train your mind to focus on what you want to happen, rather than imagining what you don't
want happening. It's so obvious and simple, and yet many people fall into these bad mental habits and
suffer the consequences both internal and external. In understanding life force you have an added reason to be aware of your thoughts. We now realize that not only do negative states of mind affect our success, but also our wellness and ability to perform at our
best. Our very essence and being is affected by how we think and feel. Conclusion Your experience of life was proof that the human agreed upon reality was real, even though underneath it all you knew that there was something better. This knowing was your true self-urging you on to truth,
urging you on to live Heaven instead of hell. This was your awakening. Now you must realize that Heaven on
Earth is created by the mass consciousness perception that this is real, rather than the illusionary hell we
have existed within. Everyone must realize that they are not victims to anyone or anything, and that their individual
experience of Heaven is completely in their control solely by how they perceive it. Everyone must realize
that they are indeed the masters of their reality. I know it appears otherwise, but this is a temporary
condition that fades with your ascension to higher conscious awareness. Then the pieces of the puzzle all
start to fit, all the random elements that have occurred in your life become very specific and meaningful,
meaningful to your spiritual growth. The Big picture is that life is always expanding, and growing, we are always creating new things for our experience, creating more self. Through limitation,through all degrees and dimensions of physical
expression, we experience more of self. This is a paradox, one I recommend not trying to solve. Looking forward to your comments and feedback.   |
