• He teaches at the University of Oklahoma and he and his wife Kelly own Chrysalis Institute LLC of Moore, Oklahoma.

Charles has over 28 years experience helping people and technology play nice together. His years of experience managing human performance enhancement in the Information Technology Department at the University of Oklahoma coupled with his many certifications put him at the forefront of both technology and human performance. His areas of specialty include helping highly technical professionals adjust to the human side of the enterprise and helping techology end-users adjust to constantly changing technologies used in their daily work.
