Repairing a Broken Heart By Josselyne Mousseau I would first establish rapport, gather the information/observe eye movements and then put the client into trance. I would then ask the client to see a black and white movie of the entire relationship - all the good, the bad and the indifferent aspects of that relationship. I would ask the client to see that movie unfurl and to step into the last frame and quickly replay the whole movie backward in color and adding silly clown props and carnival music. I would ask the client to do this twice. I would ask the client to look on the movie screen at a collage of pictures of all the negatives events drifting by. I would then ask the client to imagine their partner in front of them and to see all the ways by which they were connected together (head, heart, spirit, sex, etc.) as strings between the two of them. Then I would ask the client to cut those strings and to re-attach the dangling ends back to themselves, and to allow the partner to do the same, the partner re-attaches the loose ends back to the partner). I would ask the client to allow the ex-partner to go away on their own and to wish that ex-partner well. Finally, I would take the client out of the trance and ask the client to open their eyes and tell me how they feel. And do it all over again as necessary.
