He has been trained extensively in NLP by Dr. William Horton, Dr. Richard McHugh, Owen Fitzpatrick, HAL Management Academy and was part of Tony Robbins' FIRE WALK SEMINAR.

He is also under training with SportsMind, Australia.

As an NLP Life and Performance Coach, Ashlesh works with individuals, children, professionals, homemakers and also sportspersons at the State, National and International level in producing breakthrough results.

Apart from coaching individuals and organizations, Ashlesh also leads innovative, fun, creative workshops for teachers, managers, children and groups, assisting people in discovering what they truly want, moving to the next level and being happy. Since 2002, Ashlesh has been conducting certification programs in NLP.

Ashlesh and his wife Monica founded Neoway Academy–a Coaching and Training Organization-and have been coaching and training people in NLP Skills, Accelerated Learning Skills, Coaching Skills and Sports Enhancement enabling one to fulfill their potential and promise.
