"Alice's Gift"

By Kim Miles

  1. Close your eyes and imagine that you are sitting in a luxurious movie theater in front of a large movie screen.
  2. Now take your awareness and move it up to a box seat. Your (Guardian Angel/Dog etc.) is there to protect you. There is also a shield of (Plexiglas/white light) covering the box as added protection.
  3. See yourself sitting and watching the movie. The lights are dimming. Projected on the screen is the story of your relationship with (person) or (how this situation developed). Let me know when you are up to the present moment and the movie has ended. It will only take a few moments...Good.
  4. Review the movie backwards as it rewinds quickly. Let me know when you are back to the beginning…Good.
  5. Now on the screen is a collage of all the memories remembered and forgotten that were not so good and not so pleasant. Freeze those images in full living color.
  6. Begin to drain all the color away until the images become an ashy gray. Now watch as the images blow away like ashes, gone forever. Let me Know when the screen is white again… Good
  7. See yourself standing on the screen. Look closely at your body. There may be attachments that are still holding you to this (relationship/situation). The attachments might resemble rope or vines etc. Where are they? (If there are none skip down to no. 8). There is a chest of drawers next to you. Open the top drawer. Inside is the perfect implement to remove the attachments. Begin removing them now. Let me know when this is completed…Good. Put the implement back in the drawer and close it.
  8. There is a second drawer in the chest next to you. Open the second drawer. You will find a bottle of liquid white light. It has a little tag on it that says "drink me". Do this now. As you drink this, feel the sweet smooth, and warm liquid gently move through your entire body, as it cleanses and heals you. It feels so good. Take a deep breath and now place the bottle back in the drawer.
  9. Open the bottom drawer. There is a gift inside of the drawer. Something from this (person or situation). What is it? (Give client time to describe what they see)
  10. What do you want to do this (ie. Book, love). Do you want to keep it in the drawer or would you like to incorporate this in your being? (If they do: Hold this xxx in your hands and place it where it needs to go (usually in the heart or pocket, stomach etc.) Take a deep breath and incorporate that into your very being. Now, how do you feel, specifically? (Let them describe how they feel. Usually very exhilarated and empowered, peaceful and calm.) Excellent!
  11. Now have that image of you step off the screen and merge with you sitting in the theater, take a deep breath. Also have your awareness in the box seat float down and merge with you sitting in the theater. Take a deep breath. The lights in the theater are beginning to come up. When you are ready you may open your eyes.
